How long will it take to activate?
Generally, membership privileges will be activated within 10 minutes after payment verification is completed.
Can I transfer money through other stored value networks?
Payments are only accepted through the (TRC20) network. Using other networks may result in funds not being delivered.
How long are the member's privileges valid for the day?
Currently, the membership is only valid for 24 hours, from 12:00 noon on the same day to 11:59 the following day.
What does the access granted on the day I purchased include?
The right to submit anomaly reports for all matches on the day of registration and for the month is valid from the day your membership is activated until the end of the current calendar month.
